A new 9mm-chambered, conventionally built semi-auto carbine with a hardwood stock set is being released by Henry Repeating Arms. The Henry Homesteader 9mm is a fun gun to shoot at the weekend gun range, especially since it is chambered in 9mm, and it is great for protecting property, the home, and animals.

For simple and speedy target acquisition, the Homesteader incorporates a screw-on front post sight and an adjustable full aperture rear sight. The receiver is drilled and tapped for a Weaver 63B base for individuals who choose lighted or magnified optics.

The Homesteader, which weighs only 6.6 pounds and has an overall length of less than 36 inches, is very maneuverable in confined spaces.

A reciprocating mass inside the forearm counteracts perceived recoil, helping the recoil sensitive shooter return to target more quickly between shots.

Genuine American walnut stocks with a leather-like texture and a soft rubber recoil cushion provide non-slip contact points for even better control.

The Henry Homesteader 9mm cabine also includes factory 5- and 10-round proprietary magazines.
