The Ruger LCP Max is a Semi-Automatic Pistol is a compact, double-action, magazine-fed, autoloading, pistol that is perfect for deep carry. The pistol is chambered for the popular .380 ACP cartridge. The LCP max is constructed from an alloy steel slide, an alloy steel barrel, and a glass­ reinforced nylon grip with anodized frame insert for precision and stability. The most substantial difference between the original LCP models and the LCP max is the magazine capacity. With a 10-round, flush fit magazine, the Max provides more capacity in a similarly sized package.
